Member Self Service (MSS) Notice

In November 2025, we made some big improvements to our Member Self Service online portal. Member Self Service has improved tools to help you keep up with where your pension is currently at, and to help you plan for your retirement.

If you used Member Self Service before November 2025, and you haven’t re-registered, you’ll need to re-register. To do this visit Member Self Service and click ‘Create an account’. There is also a video to help you.

If you have never used Member Self Service before, you can register today by visiting Member Self Service and clicking ‘Create an account’. If you have previously chosen to receive letters by post, you will need to contact us before registering as we will need to activate your MSS account.
